Vinification
Middle of October, healthy, fully ripe grapes were harvested by hand, then placed in small boxes and carefully transported to the cellar where they underwent maceration with their stems. After 18 hours, they were pressed, following additional 12 hours and some preclarification, fermentation took place in steel tank. At the beginning of June 2013, the wine was racked into wooden barrels and then finally bottled in September 2013.
