Tasting note
A yellow hue with greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals scents of dried pineapple, greengage plum, lemon zest and lemon verbena with a hint of turmeric as the nose opens. On the palate, the grape’s typical peppery expression is coddled by notes of yellow fruit and candied ginger. Pleasantly dry yet with a touch of creamy fruitiness. Balanced acidity and plenty of structure and depth; a straightforward wine with beautiful varietal typicity. An ideal pairing of high quality and drinkability.
