Aging: in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 2 months
Botteling: First botteling in March 2020
Bright yellow, spring-like scent of meadow flowers, dried lemon zest and fresh apricots; sparkling clean fruit, limes, oranges, excellent drinking flow, lively acidity, elegant fruit extract that lingers for a long time, excellent variety.
