Discreet but long-lasting foam presentation. Opens beautifully with air, exuding yeasty notes along with aromas of plum cake and puff pastry with cherries. Plays its strength on the palate with discreet fruitiness, fine mousse, notes of white nougat and hazelnut cake, a mouthfilling texture and wonderfully soft acidity. So close to a champagne!

1x Extra Brut Reserve NV

Inviting foam profile and fine bubbles, wafting with notes of yeast dough, dumplings and dried dates. A mouth-filling sparkler with fine mousse, giving tones of apple strudel and lemon cake; bone dry with crisp acidity; pronounced, vibrant and vital with a long lemony finish. A top quality sparkling wine that develops superbly in the glass.

1x Langenlois Große Reserve NV Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature

Wonderful effervescence with intensive fine bubbles and foam – very long-lasting. The bouquet exudes fine brioche notes along with aromas of nut crescent, apple peel and grape seed. On the palate dances the finest mousseux – very elegant and focused – accompanied by tones of lemon sorbet, pear and quince. Powerful fruit and crisp acidity expression. Wonderfully dry and structured with a refreshing finish; the noble length reflects gorgeous salinity. A fabulous sparkling wine that can stand with the great champagnes!

1x Gumpoldskirchen Große Reserve NV Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature

Tiny bubbles that linger on and on. This sparkler shines with a golden yellow hue, and exudes delicate aromas of oatmeal cookies, fruit loaf and honeydew melon. The mouth-filling mousseux, so rich and full, harmoniously coddles the delicate extract sweetness, balanced acidity and the complex, multi-layered flavours on the palate, including apple compote, plum tart, dried dates and almonds. Smooth and very long, delivering a delicate citrus finish. An ideal wine for a banquet celebration – from the aperitif to the cheese buffet.

1x Pet Nat 2023

Intense foam and long-lingering fizz. Greenish yellow matte appearance. On the nose are scents of pear and apple cake, sultanas and some brioche. Fine mousseux. Completely dry with racy acidity. Salty; also squeaky clean fruitiness – notes of orange juice, lemon sorbet and ripe grapefruit. Light-footed alcohol. Lean with enormous tension. Extremely refreshing with a long citrus finish.

1x Sparkling grape juice 2024

The opening hiss is followed by intense foam, a grapey aroma and creamy mousse on the palate. Freshly pressed sweet grapes with a splash of lime juice and some spicy acidity. Extremely refreshing with a long, sweet-fruit finish. A delightful aperitif.
