Harvest: selective harvest by hand in 20 kg crates beginning of October
Maceration time: 12 – 24 hours
Fermentation: spontaneous, in stainless steel tanks 4-6 weeks by 20°- 22° C
Aging: in stainless steel tanks, 4 months on full lees and 2 months on fine lees

The nose is beautifully clear, plenty of crisp white peach fruit. On the palate the wine is invigorating, juicy and salivant. Further herbaceous, carried by a pleasantly seeming acidity and fibre-clear fruit. Due to the cool vintage the wine features enough freshness and elegance. Enjoyable with many meals!
