Highly concentrated aromas of stone fruit, citrus and herbs. Despite its dense fruitiness and enormous body, this wine initially seems closed; when it is aerated, however, its true flavours are revealed. A thrilling, never-ending finish completes this monumental wine, so rich in finesse.

1x Spiegel 2011
Bright, light golden-yellow hue; highly approachable aroma of ripe pear, golden delicious apple and some white exotic fruits, lifted and youthful, lively, yet ripe acidity, lots of spice on the palate, almost tingling, paired with white ripe fruit; full-bodied from attack to finish but all characters seamlessly balanced, finishes with a wonderful peppery taste.

Multi-dimensional start with generous ripe apple, honey and spice notes, slight reductive touch which makes this wine intriguing; an interplay of dried herbs & fruits, peppery notes, apple and fresh mango, great mouthfeel, powerful, many layers; very long.

Rich, dense pear and ripe apple notes; ripe, yet present acid element which brings freshness to the front palate, full body, ripe citrus and lime notes, lots of spice and fine layers of fruit, long haul

Fine scent of yellow apples, some smokiness there. The taste is rather spicy and fine. According to the vintage very light-footed, with solid length, though. Middle acidity, very well balanced. An exceptionally lighter Spiegel, at the same time very enticing, winning with its elegance rather than power! Good vibrancy with lots of finesse. Well done!

Bright golden yellow, tender aromas of ripe Golden Delicious. Vivid but ripe acidity, tingly spicy with its matchless charme, which features only the Spiegel. Very well balanced from the beginning to the end, providing depth in every phase, peppery finish. Already attractive and enticing.
