Tasting note
Silky reddish-gold hue. Massive tears. Notes of candied fruit and aranzini (candied orange peel), ripe apricot and a hint of rose petals. A minerally structure with enormous grip and saltiness. A very mouth-filling wine, it reveals powerful tannins and notes of orange biscuit, lemon verbena, allspice and pickled ginger. Super clean and easy to drink. Fantastic tension with an endless citrus finish. (tasted by wine academic Johannes Fiala)
