Fermentation: spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks & in big wooden barrels by 22° – 24°C
Aging: in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels on full lees for 2 months & on fine lees for 3 months
Botteling: April 2018
Tasting note
In the nose are subtle notes of grapefruit, grasses and yellow apple. The palate is juicy with a lean body and well-integrated yet playful acidity. A wonderful balance between finesse and power defines the mid palate, while the finish reveals excellent length and a fine creaminess – which once again confirms the beautiful harmony of the village wines.
