Tasting note
Delicate smoky aroma. Quite restrained but well-balanced. On the palate, the wine presents itself very spicy and solid, with sappy raspberry flavors and a finely defined body with persistent length and finesse in the finish. A beautifully textured Pinot, which is not overoaked by the 18 months of barrel ripening, but refined. Possesses a lot of potential. Despite the hot vintage very balanced!
