Description
Made just like in the old days. Our Gluegglich Rosé is characterized by deeply rooted Austrian grape varieties. Spontaneously, partially fermented with berries (5%), no fining and no filtering. And patiently matured in wood and stainless steel tanks. A dry wine with fresh acidity and vibrance.

Tasting note
A satiny dark pink hue and a bright rim. Sparkling clean with a bouquet of red apples, cherries and blackberry yoghurt plus a hint of violets. A balanced, light-footed wine that dances on the palate, revealing notes of juicy, freshly-picked apples and dried cranberries. Pleasantly dry with appetising acidity. A versatile and easy-drinking wine that’s ideal for a summer party. A bit of Provence-style flair in the glass. (tasted by wine academic Johannes Fiala)
