Description
Made just like in the old days. Our Gluegglich Rosé is characterized by deeply rooted Austrian grape varieties. Spontaneously, partially fermented with berries (5%), no fining and no filtering. And patiently matured in wood and stainless steel tanks. A dry wine with fresh acidity and vibrance.

Silky matte pink color, strong streaks, subtle aroma of strawberries, Bircher muesli, a hint of cranberries, pomelos, watermelons; creamy mouthfeel, blood oranges, grapefruit segments, rhubarb compote, Brazil nuts, wonderful acidity balance, light-footed, calm, and juicy, delicate long citrus aftertaste, a versatile food companion.
