Mash: destemmed, whole berries
Fermentation: mash fermentation, spontaneous in oak casks (whole berries) for 4 week by 25°
Aging: in oak casks, 12 months on full lees & another 6 months on fine lees

A silky matte yellow hue with orange reflections. Intense aromas of orange zest, herbal tea, nutmeg and propolis. The palate is extremely pronounced – sparkling clean with fantastic harmony and tremendous tension, giving complex notes just like those that appear in the nose. Fine, luscious fruitiness with a gripping texture; bone-dry with tones of lime jelly and peppermint on the endless finish. Gorgeously done!
